NYC Rent Guidelines Board Hotel Guidelines apply to leases for rent stabilized residential Class A hotels, Class B hotels, lodging houses, rooming houses and single room occupancy (SROs) buildings located in New York City.

Order #43 - Hotel rent level adjustments commencing between October 1, 2013 and September 30, 2014

  • On April 30, 2013, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted a proposed range of renewal lease guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels. The proposed guidelines, as well as procedures relating to public meetings and public hearing concerning the guidelines, is detailed in the Public Notice (in pdf format). The Public Notice is also available in html format (translatable option). The proposed guidelines may also be viewed and comments may be submitted on the Rules of the City of New York Information Center (NYC Rules) website.
