The proposed guidelines, as well as procedures relating to public meetings and public hearing concerning the guidelines, is detailed in the Public Notice (in pdf format). The Public Notice is also available in html format (translatable option). The proposed guidelines may also be viewed and comments may be submitted on the Rules of the City of New York Information Center (NYC Rules) website.
